Gordon McAleer is the Owner and President of McAleer & Associates.  He has extensive experience in recruiting at the CEO, COO, CFO and department management levels.  His professional background includes three decades in the role of CEO of hospitals.  Gordon is a published author with articles focusing on employment needs and a frequent guest speaker. He is a graduate of Middlebury College (BA) and Trinity University (MS).

With over two decades of experience, Ann Marie Khaled’s expertise lies in human resources management, organizational development, career coaching and executive recruitment.  Her career began in Benefits Administration and progressed to Human Resources Management and Labor Relations for an international Chemical Manufacturer.  Prior to joining our team she was with another executive search firm specializing in hiring top talent in the cosmetic and fragrance industries.   Ann Marie has the unique prospective from both sides of the hiring desk and has assisted our clients in hiring the best talent, ensuring both a technical and cultural fit.
