McAleer & Associates offers both outplacement workshops and one-on-one coaching and counseling, so that employers can help ease the transition of departing employees.  The program is designed to convert non-productive attitudes and emotions into productive energies that create positive results.  We provide your former employees all the knowledge and tools necessary to conduct an effective job search.

Our search activity provides us fresh intelligence on the current job market that can be used for career counseling for the displaced employees.    We prepare the employees with resume reviews, coaching, and mock interviews to strengthen their competitive edge in the job market.
